Dump Assets does not work / wrong link

As a developer, I want to be able to contribute to the project and need a working environment with assets.

Hi guys, according to https://docs.typo3.org/m/typo3/team-t3oteam/master/en-us/Contribution/LocalEnvironment/Ddev/Index.html#download-and-install-assets I need to dump the db and eventually some assets. However, the link does not work and on https://gitlab.typo3.org/t3o/ter I do not find any link Any idea?

Get a zip with db dump and files
