Improve news configuration
We should divide the news folders to subfolders:
- each team should get an own folder
We can add configuration, that for each folder ts is added, which sets categories by default and for each team page, we can choose, to fetch mail from sys folders (or by category). Further we can setup permissions, that not everyone can edit any news.
Todos:
- Add folders for each team
- Add page ts, to select categories for new news elements
- hide not news related categories in news folders via Page TS
- add the page mounts for teams, that they can edit news
