How to use Slack in the TYPO3 community
N.B. If you have a support question, please ask it on Stack Overflow first. Slack is a very handy and fast tool for getting answers, but it is not a publicly available resource. To increase the visibility of TYPO3 and TYPO3 related questions on the web, please ask your support question on Stack Overflow and then paste it into Slack. Following your discussion please make sure the result (hopefully the right answer!) is added to Stack Overflow to help the wider community.
Please change this:
Example:
N.B. If you have a specific programming related support question, please ask it on Stack Overflow first. Check out the Help Center first and use the tag typo3
in your question. Slack is a very handy and fast tool for getting answers, but it is not a publicly available resource. To increase the visibility of TYPO3 and TYPO3 related questions on the web, we encourage you to ask your support question on Stack Overflow. and then paste it into Slack. Following your discussion please make sure the result (hopefully the right answer!) is added to Stack Overflow to help the wider community.

Explanation:
- StackOverflow is a support forum for programming related questions only. You may get downvoted, get snarky comments, if you post non-programming questions (or too broad questions, etc.). I think this should be pointed out. I would not direct people to StackOverflow for non programming questions. StackOverflow is not the friendliest place for people who do not follow the Stack Overflow guidelines. I am concerned about directing people there without advice, especially new people.
- remove the part about copy-pasting "and then paste it into Slack". Stack Overflow questions are automatically inserted into #typo3-cms, so this is not necessary. If necessary, I would rather raise awareness directly in the #typo3-cms channel and remind them there to ask and answer questions on Stack Overflow directly. (Actually, I think the discussion in Slack in addition to Stack Overflow is probably unnecessary for most questions. You can modify answers, add additional answers on Stack Overflow and comment (if you have enough rep). The Stack Overflow system already works quite well, that's why so many people use it.)
