typo3 download button is not visible enough

The current "install typo3" button at the top of the page is not visible enough and make it difficult for users to find it. Downloading typo3 is perhaps the most obvious reasons which most of the users come to the site but the download button is not visible enough. It should be in form of a call to action button and very attention-grabbing.
As a reference, you may visit the homepage of all other content management systems to see how they encourage downloading their cms by providing a big download button in form of a call to action.
