Improve editor rights to link pages and news records
As an editor with limited access to the TYPO3 installation I'd like to have the possibility to link to any page or news item.
Currently I can set only links to pages where I have read access. And linking to news records isn't possible at all.
Benefit: no broken links if pages or news are moved or changed
