This change removes all SOAP-related functionality.

Especially, the custom wrapper "TerService" within
EXT:ter_fe2 does not rely on TerSoapV1Handler
anymore (a wrapper of a wrapper), and is now
directly accessing the TER OOP API.

Some LDAP-related functionality has also been
removed.
