[TASK] Syncronize merged commits to gitlab security repository

Merged patches in gerrit main repository are syncronized to gitlab main repository and gerrit security repository. This patch now syncronizes merged commits to the gitlab security repository in the same way, which helps avoiding follow-up issues like e.g. composer root package version detection in security ci runs.

Additionally logging is adjusted in a second commit.
